纳米TiO2功能化纺织品的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 使用自制的纳米TiO2水溶胶通过后整理工艺对棉织物进行处理得到纳米TiO2水溶胶整理棉织物,对纳米TiO2水溶胶整理织物进行了表征,并测试了其对染料的光催化降解性、甲醛降解性能、自清洁性能及抗菌性能。结果表明,纳米TiO2水溶胶整理棉织物在光辐射条件下对水中的染料和室内空气中的甲醛具有显著的光催化降解作用。且该整理棉织物不仅具有显著的抗菌性,还能对吸附于其表面的老抽污渍进行光催化降解,实现自清洁效应,是一种集光催化、自清洁和抗菌的多功能织物。

【Abstract】 A kind of nano-TiO2 hydrosol finished cotton fabric was obtained by using the self-made nanometer TiO2 hydrosol to treat the cotton fabric through the industrialized finishing process, and then the basic functional properties such as photocatalytic degradation, formaldehyde degradation and antibacterial and self-cleaning properties were investigated. The results show that the nano-TiO2 hydrosol finished cotton fabric has obvious photocatalytic degradation effect on dye in water and formaldehyde in indoor air under light radiation condition. The finished cotton fabric not only has obvious antibacterial property, but also shows self-cleaning effect of dark soy sauce stains adsorbed on the surface of the cotton fabric. It is proved to be a versatile fabric with photocatalysis, self-cleaning and antibacterial properties.
