秀松高速公路路堑高边坡应力状态与防护措施研究

【摘要】 基于ANSYS有限元软件从开挖前、开挖中及开挖后对秀松高速K5+823~K5+957段路堑高边坡应力状态进行了详细研究,结果表明:开挖前路堑边坡在自重作用下处于稳定状态;边坡开挖过程中出现了应力重分布,且逐级开挖和连续开挖两种情况下边坡的应力和位移状态差别较大;开挖后,边坡部分变形较大,易出现边坡滑移,需尽快支护。结合项目实际情况并根据计算结果,选择预应力锚索设计作为支护方式,通过试算法对预应力锚索进行了设计,并对支护后的边坡稳定性进行了分析,选择4个关键点进行数据对比,结果表明,使用支护措施后,各方向的位移和应力值显著减小,边坡处于稳定状态,可保证边坡安全。利用有限元计算对边坡稳定性进行了分析,优化了路堑开挖方式和边坡处理措施,有效保证了施工安全,有利于节省设计和施工时间,具有较好的社会和经济效益。

【Abstract】 Based on ANSYS finite element software,the stress state of high cutting slope of K5 +823 ~ K5 + 957 section of Xiusong highway is studied in detail before excavation,during excavation and after excavation. The results show that: Under the action of gravity,the stress is in a steady state. During the excavation of the slope,the stress redistribution occurs,and the stress and displacement of the slope differ greatly between the two cases of excavation and continuous excavation. After excavation,the deformation of the slope Larger,prone to slippery slope,need to support as soon as possible. According to the actual situation of the project and according to the calculation results,the paper chooses the prestressed anchor cable design as the support method,designs the prestressed anchor cable by the trial calculation method,and analyzes the slope stability after the support. Four The key points are compared.The results show that the displacement and stress in all directions are significantly reduced with the support measures,and the slope is in a stable state to ensure the slope safety. In this paper,the stability of the slope is analyzed by finite element method,the cutting excavation method and slope treatment measures are optimized,the construction safety is ensured,the design and construction time is saved,and the social and economic benefits are obtained.
