热轧板带凸度影响因素的敏感性分析

【摘要】 基于支持向量机方法,针对热轧工艺生产过程中的板带凸度进行影响因素敏感性分析。采用支持向量机建立工艺参数与板带凸度的关系模型,引入Morris及Variance-based敏感性分析方法,获得影响板带凸度的关键因素。研究结果表明:基于支持向量机建模的Morris及Variance-based敏感性分析方法可以准确定位关键因素,为实现热轧过程中的生产控制提供指导。

【Abstract】 In view of the hot rolling process, the sensitivity analysis on the influencing factor of strip crown based on the support vector machine was carried out. The support vector machine was adopted to establish the relationship model between process parameters and strip crown, then the key factors that affecting the strip crown were obtained by Morris and Variance-based sensitivity analysis methods. The results show that Morris and Variance-based sensitivity analysis methods based on the support vector machine can accurately locate the key factors, which provides guidance for the production control of the hot rolling process.
