苗药乌蕨提取物抗炎作用及其机制研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨乌蕨提取物抗炎作用及其机制。方法 :采用小鼠耳肿胀实验及腹腔毛细血管通透性实验方法观察乌蕨提取物的抗炎作用,并检测小鼠血清中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果:乌蕨提取物能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀;显著抑制冰醋酸导致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高;能显著降低实验小鼠血清COX-2、PGE2、TNF-α、NO水平。结论:乌蕨提取物具有一定的抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与抑制炎症因子合成及释放有关。

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of Stenoloma chusanum( L) Ching extracts. Method: The anti-inflammatory effects of Stenoloma chusanum( L) Ching extracts was evaluated by the mice ear swelling and abdominal capillary permeability tests,and detected the serum levels of cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2),prostaglandin E2( PGE2),tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF-α) and nitric oxide( NO).Result: The Stenoloma chusanum( L) Ching extracts could significantly decrease the swelling of mice ear by xylene,the increase of abdominal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and the serum levels of COX-2,PGE2,TNF-α and NO in mice. Conclusion: Stenoloma chusanum( L) Ching extracts has the effects of anti-inflammatory,and the mechanisms may be related to the inhibition of the secretion of inflammatory cytokines.
