【Abstract】 Lung cancer is the highest incidence and mortality of cancers around the world. The current treatments including surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and targeted therapy greatly improved the patient’s disease-free survival and overall survival. CART cell therapy as an emerging immune therapy strategy shows significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of hematological malignancies. In recent years,there has been a breakthrough in the treatment of solid tumors. The development of CAR-T and research progress in advanced lung cancer therapy of CAR-T treatment strategy will be reviewed in this paper.更多还原
