【摘要】 目的探讨气管切开患者高压氧治疗(hyperbaric oxygenation,HBO)中的最佳护理方式,以防范和处理气管切开患者在高压氧治疗中的风险,提高患者高压氧治疗中的安全性及成功率。方法选取我科2015年5月—2017年12月250例患者为研究对象,按患者入院先后顺序随机分为观察组(125例)与对照组(125例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组按照临床护理路径(clinical nursing path,CNP)护理。观察患者及家属满意度、患者家属依从性、氧舱内氧浓度的控制、病情改善情况、不良事件情况等。结果观察组患者在病情转归、患者及家属满意度、依从性、氧浓度的控制等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径使气管切开患者在高压氧治疗中的护理程序化、标准化,使患者获得最佳的护理服务,提高患者满意度及高压氧治疗的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the best nursing methods in hyperbaric oxygen therapy(hyperbaric oxygenation,HBO)for patients with tracheotomy in order to prevent and deal with the risk of tracheotomy patients in hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and to improve the safety and success rate of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Methods From May 2015 to December 2017,two hundred and fifty patients in our department were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the treatment group(125 cases)and control group(125 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated according to clinical nursing path(CNP).The satisfaction degree of patients and their families,the compliance of their family members,the control of oxygen concentration in the oxygen chamber,the improvement of the condition,and the adverse events were observed.Results The patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05)in terms of prognosis,satisfaction of patients and their families,compliance and control of oxygen concentration.Conclusion the clinical nursing path makes the patients with tracheotomy in hyperbaric oxygen care program and standardization,to make the patients get the best nursing service,to improve the patient satisfaction and the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.更多还原
