【Abstract】 Gastric cancer with ovarian metastasis is not rare, it is an important cause of treatment failure in female gastric cancer patients. The misdiagnosis is not uncommon. The treatment efficacy and the survival for the ovarian metastasis are very poor and the life quality of the patients is very low. Today, there are still lots of controversies on the role of the surgery and chemotherapy and there has no successful treatment strategy yet. It is in urgent need to carry out prospective, multicentric, randomized clinical trials to provide the high-quality medical evidences to guide the clinical practice.更多还原
