【摘要】 目的探讨桥本甲状腺炎局部免疫调节治疗的有效性、安全性.方法将120例桥本甲状腺炎患者分为对照组及治疗组,给予对照组患者不同剂量的优甲乐治疗,治疗组在此基础上进行局部免疫调节治疗,在超声引导下穿刺,并在病灶中心区注射糖皮质激素,观察其有效性、安全性,定期随访1～2 a.结果甲状腺经局部免疫调节治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.1%,对照组总有效率为52.5%.结论甲状腺局部免疫调节治疗具有疗效佳、操作简单、创伤性小且并发症少等特点.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of local immune regulation therapy( LIRT) on Hashimoto’s thyroiditis( HT). Method A total of 120 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were divided into treatment group and control group by thyroid surgery. The treatment group was treated with local immune regulation therapy which is guided by ultrasound-guided injection of glucocorticoids in the lesion area.All patients had to receive regular follow-up visit from one to two years to observe the efficacy and safety.Results The total effectiveness of treatment group reached 93.1%,52.2%of the control group after thyroid local immune regulation therapy.Conclusion Thyroid local immune regulation therapy has the advantages of good curative effect,simple operation,less trauma and less complications.更多还原
