【摘要】 目的探讨老年高血压患者左心室肥厚(LVH)与血浆Klotho蛋白水平的相关性。方法合并LVH的老年高血压患者74例为LVH组,同期排除LVH的高血压患者80例为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血浆Klotho蛋白水平,对比两组一般临床指标,分析LVH的独立危险因素。结果 LVH组Klotho蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.001),而体重指数(BMI)明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。Logistic多因素回归分析提示低血浆Klotho蛋白水平是老年高血压患者LVH的独立危险因素(P=0.000),同时2型糖尿病和高BMI也是高血压LVH的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论血浆Klotho蛋白水平降低与LVH发生有相关性,血浆Klotho蛋白水平的监测在LVH的预防、诊断及预后判断中有重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association of plasma Klotho level with left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly hypertension patients.Methods The level of Klotho protein was tested in 74 elderly hypertension patients( age≥60 years) with left ventricular hypertrophy,and 80 controls by ELISA. The correlation between plasma Klotho level with left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly hypertension patients was tested by statistical analysis.Results Compared with that of control group,Klotho protein level in hypertension group was significantly decreased( P<0.01),BMI was significantly higher than that of control group( P< 0.01). The low plasma Klotho level was identified as independent risk factors of left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly hypertension patients( OR 20.885,95% CI 7.964 ～ 54.770,P = 0.000). Diabetes and high BMI were the risk factors for left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension patients.Conclusions Klotho protein level may be associated with left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly hypertension patients. There is important clinical significance of monitoring plasma Klotho protein level in the prevention,diagnosis and prognosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.更多还原
