【摘要】 目的比较短程放疗和常规放疗对直肠癌的影响。方法收集广东省茂名市人民医院2014年1月至2016年6月收治的Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期直肠癌患者67例。按其接受术前放疗的方式不同分为短程放疗组34例,常规放疗组33例。比较两组患者T分期降期、保肛率、肿瘤局部复发率、1年生存率等指标。结果常规放疗组T分期降期率和保肛率分别为(41.18%,39.40%),均高于短程放疗组(20.59%,17.65%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者局部复发率、1年生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规放疗临床疗效优于短程放疗,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of short-course radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy on rectal cancer. Methods A total of 67 cases of stage II and III rectal cancer were collected from the Maoming People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2014 to June 2016. According to the method of preoperative radiotherapy,patients were divided into two groups,including the short course radiotherapy group( 34 cases) and the conventional radiotherapy group( 33 cases). The T staging,the rate of anus preserving,the local recurrence rate of the tumor and the 1-year-survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of T staging and anal preservation in the conventional radiotherapy group were( 41. 18%,39. 40%) higher than those in the short course radiotherapy group( 20. 59%,17. 65%),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05),and there was no significant difference in the local recurrence rate and 1-year-survival rate between the two groups( P>0. 05). Conclusions Conventionally radiotherapy has better clinical effects than short-course radiotherapy,it is worth to spread.更多还原
