围护结构热工性能对渝西农村民居空调能耗的影响

【摘要】 选取重庆渝西农村民居建筑的典型设计方案作为研究对象,通过能耗模拟软件De ST-h对给定建筑4个能耗影响因子3种水平进行正交模拟试验。对试验结果进行直观分析,利用极差的大小评价各因数对指标值的影响程度,并通过方差分析,比较各因素、各水平的显著性。结果表明,外窗的主效应显著(显著性P=0.035,P<0.05),对建筑能耗有较大影响,窗墙比次之(显著性P=0.054,0.05<P<0.1),对建筑能耗有一定的影响,而外墙和屋面的影响则较小,即各因素的主次顺序为:外窗>窗墙比>外墙>屋面。经分析后得出的最佳方案,其建筑能耗模拟结果与基准建筑比较,综合节能率可高达39.8%。

【Abstract】 The typical design project obtained from rural residential buildings in a YuXi zone of Chongqing was selected as a research object. Based on the orthogonal experiment method,the whole year energy consumption of the buliding in four impact factors and three levels was calculated by the simulation software DeST-h(Designer’s Simulation Toolkit Home). Through direct analysis of the results,the effect of different factors was evaluated by the range of each factor,and the significance was compared between different factors and levels by variance analysis. The results show that the main effect of outside windows is remarkable(P=0.035, P<0.05), which has a great influence on building energy consumption, followed by window-wall ratio(P=0.054, 0.05<P<0.1), which has some influence and exterior walls and roof have less influence.Therefore, the important order of each factor is: Outside Windows > window-wall ratio > exterior walls > roof. Then, Compared the annual energy consumpation between the best with refrence building, on average, there is a 39.8% energy saving potential.
