壁面粗糙度及弯曲纳米通道对气体流动特性影响的分子动力学研究
Molecular Dynamics Study on Influences of Wall Roughness and Curved Nanochannel on Gas Flow Characteristics
【摘要】 近年来,纳米通道技术发展迅速,纳米通道内流体流动规律越来越受重视。本文运用分子动力学模拟方法,对Ar原子在弯曲纳米通道和粗糙纳米通道内的流动特性进行了研究。研究结果表明,温度、压力、纳米通道的种类和粗糙度都对纳米通道内的流通量和流通速率产生影响。升高温度或者升高压力都会使纳米通道内的流通量和流通速率上升,但温度对流通量和流通速率影响较小。在粗糙纳米通道中,增大粗糙元高度或者减小粗糙元间距会使流通量和流通速率下降。
【Abstract】 In recent years, nanochannel technology is developed rapidly, and nanochannel fluid flow got more and more attention. In this paper, molecular dynamics simulations were used to study the flow characteristics of Ar atoms in the curved nanochannel and the rough nanochannel. The study results show that the temperature, pressure, the type and the roughness of the nanochannel had an effect on the circulation quantity and circulation rate in the nanochannel. Increasing the temperature or the pressure will increase the circulation quantity and circulation rate in the nanochannel, but the temperature has smaller effect on the circulation quantity and circulation rate. In the rough nanochannel, increasing the height of the rough elements or decreasing the pitch of the rough elements leads to the decreasing circulation quantity and circulation rate.
