【摘要】 特朗普政府的首个《美国国家安全战略》和《美国国防战略》明确提出,国家间战略竞争已取代恐怖主义成为美国最为重要的国家安全关切,并将中国定位为竞争对手。尽管特朗普的"美国优先"原则会给美国落实大国战略竞争带来一定变数,但是并不能改变中美战略竞争趋于强化的总体态势。未来五年甚至更长的时间,如果美国不遭遇其他重大外部安全威胁,中国有效管控中美战略竞争将面临更大的挑战。在这一过程中,坚持循序渐进原则缓解崛起困境,采取与自身实力地位相适应的渐进战略将是中国值得持续努力的战略方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The first National Security Strategy and U.S. Defense Strategies of Trump administration clearly put forward that strategic competition between countries has already overtaken terrorism as America’s most important national security concerns, and positioned China as competitor. Although Trump’ion of the strategic sc "American first" principle will bring some uncertainty to the implementatompetition of the great powers, it cannot change the overall situation of the intensified strategic competition between China and the United States. If the United States does not encounter other major external security threats over the next five years or more, China will face even greater challenges in managing its strategic competition effectively.In this process, it is a strategic direction for China to continue its efforts to ease the rising dilemma and adopt a gradual strategy commensurate with its own growing strength.更多还原
