显微操作技术在口腔医学技术专业实验教学中的实践与探索
Practice and exploration of micromanipulation technique in the experiment teaching of dental technology
【摘要】 显微技术因其良好的照明、合适的放大倍数、合理的人体工程学设计等优点已逐步应用于口腔医学临床治疗。口腔医学技术是实践性、操作性很强的学科,实验课程是学生理论联系实践、接受技能锻炼的重要课堂。牙科技师的显微制作技术水平是影响精密修复的重要环节,在以往的口腔医学技术实验中没有采用显微制作的方式,仅仅通过裸眼观察制作,无法对其精度进行把控。四川大学华西口腔医学院通过设置口腔医学技术专业显微操作技术实验课程,填补目前缺乏该实验课程的空白,在实验学习中培养学生的临床操作能力,进一步完善以提高竞争力为核心的口腔医学技术创新型人才培养模式。
【Abstract】 Micromanipulation technique has been gradually used in clinic because of its good lighting,suitable magnification,and reasonable ergonomic design. Dental technology is a highly practical and operational major. The experimental course is important for students to combine theory with practice and practice skills. Micromanipulation technique of dental technicians is an important part to the precision repair. In the past,there was no microscopy experimental courses that students could only observe by the naked eye. As a result,the restoration accuracy cannot be controlled. West China School of Stomatology,Sichuan University sets up the micromanipulation technique experimental lessons of dental technology,and to fill the gap of the current experimental courses,which cultivate students′ clinical ability in practical learning,and further build better innovative talents training mode with the prurpose of improving the competitiveness of the students.
