不同射流压力下柴油机非对称喷嘴内部流动特性的数值分析
Flow Field in Asymmetric Nozzle of Diesel Engine:A Simulation Study
【摘要】 选用欧拉多相流模型作为喷孔内部燃油流动数值模拟,对柴油机非对称喷油嘴进行内部流动的数值模拟,得到了喷孔截面处的气相体积分数、质量流率,分析各孔的流动参数与压力差的关系。研究结果得到:在相同射流压力下,发生空化时的气相体积比与压力差之间的增大速率将根据孔1、孔5、孔2、孔3、孔4的顺序依次减小,喷孔的轴向夹角越大其空化程度越明显,并且空化都是出现在转角处上端在相同的进口压力和进出口压力差下,各孔质量流率的变化与气相体积分数变化规律相吻合。随着进口压力和进出口压力差的增加,各孔质量流率均表现出单调增加的变化。
【Abstract】 The nozzle cross section area of the gas phase volume fraction are mass flow rate were obtained,the difference of flow parameters and pressure of each hole was analyzed. Research results:the rate of increase between the gas-phase volume ratio and the pressure difference during cavitation will decrease successively according to the order of hole 1,hole 5,hole 2,hole 3 and hole 4 Under the same jet pressure,the greater the axial angle of nozzle hole,the more obvious,and the degree of cavitation and the cavitation are appeared on the corner. At the same inlet pressure and inlet pressure difference,the mass flow rate of each hole is consistent with the volume fraction of gas phase. With the increase of inlet pressure and the difference of inlet and outlet pressure,the mass flow rate of each hole increases monotonously.
