基于LabVIEW的助力器下壳体测试台设计
Development of Test Platform for Lower Case of Auto Booster Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 汽车助力器下壳体包括了助力器的全部功能部件,在测试过程中,首先,将模拟助力器上壳体零件和助力器下壳体压装在一起,然后,开始测试助力器的多项性能数据,最后,分离模拟助力器上壳体零件和助力器下壳体,将合格的助力器下壳体送达下一工序。助力器下壳体测试台主要用于测试助力器的性能指标,测试过程快速,可靠,保证了助力器的出厂质量。测试台由气动单元,真空单元,加力单元和控制单元组成,融合了液压与气动,传感器与检测等多项技术。
【Abstract】 A novel type of lab-built test platform has been successfully developed for routinely evaluation,on site of the industrial production line,of the properties of the lower-case of auto booster,including but not limited to the sealing capacity both in stationary and non-stationary modes,input/output forces and automatic re-set time. The newly-developed lab-built test platform comprised the permanent analog upper-case of booster,pneumatic unit,vacuum unit,afterburner unit,control unit including the hardware and LabVIEW based self-designed program. Field test of the new test platform of the booster’s lower case was performed. The preliminary results show that the new test platform is capable of rapidly and reliably evaluating the performance and enhancing the yield rate of the lower-case of auto booster.
