TE01-TE11圆波导模式变换器的设计计算
Design and Calculation of TE01-TE11 Circular Waveguide Mode Converters
【摘要】 本文呈现了三种TE01-TE11圆波导模式变换器的设计方法。三种设计方法都是在耦合波理论的基础上实现,其不同在于对波型函数的构造上。传统的设计方法是使用显式的轴线函数来描述圆波导模式变换器的结构,而迭代综合法和NURBS是用非解析的方式来构造其轴线的。在理论分析的基础上,使用MATLAB编制了迭代综合法的计算程序,并进行大量的数值计算与优化。计算表明其中心频率的转换效率达到98.80%,长度为577.6mm。最后利用CST进行验证,仿真结果与数值计算结果一致性较高。
【Abstract】 This paper presents three design methods of TE01-TE11 circular waveguide mode converters.The three methods are all based on the coupled wave theory whose difference lies in the construction of wave function.The traditional method uses explicit axis function to describe the structure of circular waveguide mode converter.While the iterative synthesis method and NURBS construct their axis in nonanalytical way.A MATLAB-based program is developed in iterative method to design its structures via numerical calculation.The numerical calculation of the iterative synthesis method shows that the conversion efficiency of the central frequency is 98.80% and the length is 577.6 mm.CST code is used to verify the results and it shows that the simulation is in good agreement with the calculation.
