【摘要】 以交通工程建设与管理专业群学生为研究对象,从专业领域调查分析得出不同层次在校生的就业趋向;从学情调查分析得到了大多数学生更希望采用边学边做的理实一体化教学模式,对信息化教学手段比较喜爱。针对不同层次生源特征提出了分层多元人才培养路径需求,指导和优化专业人才培养方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a research of the professional fields of the traffic engineering construction and management specialty cluster,the students’ employment trend is revealed. The investigation of students’ background and personal preference shows that they prefer theory-practice integrated and information-based teaching mode. Based on the different students’ background,the demand for hierarchical and multi-dimensional talent training is presented,as a reference to optimize professional talent training programs.更多还原
