基于直线电动机的高精度FTS系统实验研究
Experimental research on high precision FTS system based on linear motor
【摘要】 为了实现非圆截面工件的加工,制作了新型的FTS(fast tool servo)快速刀具伺服系统。为了验证新型直线伺服刀架系统的性能,利用FTS的反馈系统搭建的测量平台,进行了刀架单方向定位精度和重复定位精度的实验。数据分析及试验方法采用GB/T 17421. 2-2016国家标准。实验结果表明,FTS系统的单方向定位精度是20.2 nm,重复定位精度是16.7 nm,达到了较高的精度。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of realizing processing of non-circular cross-section parts,a new type of FTS has been produced. In order to verify the machining capability of the designed linear servo tool rest,the paper used the FTS feedback measurement system to carry out the experiments of the tool holder positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. The test standard adopts GB/T 17421. 2-2016 national standard. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of the FTS system is 20. 2 nm,and the repeat positioning accuracy is 16. 7 nm,achieving higher accuracy.
