双主轴倒立车铣复合柔性制造单元的研制

【摘要】 针对传统立式车床、立式镗铣床等主轴顺立机床孔加工排屑困难以及轴套类工件经常需要车、铣等多机床多工序加工,工序时间短、劳作强度大等实际情况,研究设计了车铣双主轴倒立结构、内藏大功率电主轴系统、动力刀架三联端齿盘定位、滚珠丝杠固定支撑牵拉机构、工件自动装卸及储运系统、岩类非金属材料整体灌注阶梯形床身底座等关键技术,新研制了一类以车为主、车铣复合加工的双主轴倒立车铣复合柔性制造单元,并取得了一些宝贵的研制经验。

【Abstract】 Conventional machine tools have some practical situations. For example,vertical lathe and boring-milling machine have difficulties in chip removal,shaft sleeve machining needs multi processes,fewer machining time and strong labor intensity. In order to address these problems,this paper introduces a new model of inverted double spindle turning-milling compound flexible machining cell,and has obtained some valuable experiences. This machining cell has many new technologies,such as inverted double-spindle structure,high motorized spindle system,fixing and pulling mechanism of ball screw,automatic dock and storage and transportation system for workpieces,integral perfusion ladder type bed base for nonmetallic materials,and so on.
