【Abstract】 Advanced models are gradually growing and developing in practice,and there is a process from selection to cultivation to maturity. Advanced models need to bear more social responsibilities and psychological pressure than ordinary people. In addition to their own good quality and unremitting efforts,there also need the careful organizational training,care and encouragement of praise.
