【Abstract】 Vocational education is of great importance to cultivate high-quality labors and skilled talents for society. The professional qualities of teachers in secondary vocational schools directly influence the qualities of students. Teachers with advanced professional ideas, solid professional knowledge and strong professional abilities should be cultivated in secondary vocational schools. The thesis explores the current situation, problems and causes of teachers’ professional qualities in secondary vocational schools from three aspects: professional ideas,professional knowledge and professional abilities, and then offers some targeted countermeasures.更多还原
