两相体系中PW12-TiO2-SiO2固体酸一步催化降解葡萄糖制5-羟甲基糠醛的研究
An efficient one-pot conversion of glucose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural by PW12-TiO2-SiO2 in biphasic system
【摘要】 在26.5%Na Cl(aq)/四氢呋喃(THF)两相体系中,进行了PW12-TiO2-SiO2固体酸催化降解葡萄糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的研究,并探究了不同反应条件对催化性能的影响,考察了催化剂的循环利用性,探讨了该反应可能的催化机理.结果表明:催化活性与其酸量和酸密度有关,在最佳条件下,5-HMF收率达57.7%,葡萄糖最佳转化率为98.5%;此催化剂热稳定性良好,在循环利用6次后,5-HMF收率为51.9%,葡萄糖转化率为88.6%.
【Abstract】 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF) was prepared from glucose by PW12-TiO2-SiO2 solid acid and explored in 26. 5% NaCl(aq)/THF biphasic system. The effect of various reaction parameters were studied.The circularity of the catalyst was also investigated. In addition,the possible catalytic mechanism was discussed. It was found that the activity of the catalyst was related to the amount and the density of acid sites. A highest 5-HMF yield of 57. 7% and glucose conversion of 98. 5% were obtained under the optimal conditions.After six cycles,the yield of 5-HMF remained 51. 9% with the glucose conversion rate of 88. 6%,indicated that the catalyst had good thermal stability.
