【摘要】 经筋病证作为临床的常见病、多发病,是针灸疗法有效病证之一。但经筋病证的针灸治疗多以痛为腧,重局部而轻整体,常常失于辨证、辨经及正确刺灸方法的应用,从而影响了临床疗效。任何经筋病证都应明确其病因病机,病变所属经脉,在病痛局部选穴的基础上,配合循经远部取穴,并重视调补肝脾二经,同时还应依阴阳缓急的不同,充分发挥针刺补泻手法,达到补缓泻急的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diseases of meridian sinew,as common and frequently-occurring clinical diseases,can be effectively treated by acupuncture and moxibustion. Points around pain area were often selected,also the local parts other than the whole body were paid more attention to in the treatments. The clinical efficacy was greatly influenced due to the incorrect syndrome differentiation,meridian differentiation,and inappropriate application of needling and moxibustion. For diseases of meridian sinew,the etiology and pathogenesis,and the affected meridians should be identified,local points as well as distal points should be combined,liver meridian and spleen meridian should be harmonized. At the same time,manipulations of reinforcing and reducing should be applied correspondingly according to different Yin and Yang disorder to achieve the balance of Yin and Yang.更多还原
