芒针治疗中风后平衡功能障碍的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨芒针治疗中风后平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的204例脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组采用芒针治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,两组均辅以内科常规疗法和康复训练。观察两组治疗前及治疗1个月后的Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer量表评分及Barthel指数。结果:治疗前两组Fugl-Meyer量表评分、BBS评分、Barthel指数相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后两组Fugl-Meyer量表评分、BBS评分、Barthel指数均提高,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后两组的Fugl-Meyer量表评分、BBS评分、Barthel指数相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:芒针治疗中风后平衡功能障碍可改善患者的平衡功能及患肢的运动功能,提高其日常生活活动能力。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of awn needle therapy on balance dysfunction after stroke. Methods: 204 patients with post-stoke limb dysfunction were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group was treated by awn needle therapy,whereas the control group was treated by common acupuncture. Also,the two groups were given routine medical treatment and rehabilitation training. Scores of Berg balance scale( BBS),Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel index were observed before the treatment and after one-month treatment in the two groups. Results: There were no significant differences in the scores of BBS,Fugl-Meyer scale,and the Barthel index between the two groups before the treatment( P >0. 05). After the treatment,the scores were all increased compared to those before the treatment in the two groups( P < 0. 05); of which there were statistical differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Awn needle therapy can improve the balance function and the motor function of the stroke patients with balance dysfucntion,it can also improve their activities of daily living.
