【摘要】 目的:观察"刘氏环五针"治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法:共纳入146例患者,并按照随机数字表法分为环五针组和常规针刺组,每组各73例,在接受基础治疗的同时,常规针刺组予针刺患侧以"环跳穴"为核心的常用穴位;环五针组针刺患侧以"新环跳穴"为核心的5个组合穴位,疗程均为10天。疗效评价标准采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)与改良日本骨科学会下腰痛评分法(JOA)。结果:环五针组总改善率95.8%,常规针刺组总改善率83.6%,两组比较环五针组优于常规针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后环五针组VAS评分、PRI评分均较常规针刺组低,而JOA评分较常规针刺组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。环五针组不良反应总发生率为4.2%,而常规针刺组为2.7%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:"刘氏环五针"可有效缓解坐骨神经痛,且优于常规针刺疗法,值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "LIU’s ring five-needle" in the treatment of sciatica.Methods: 146 patients were randomly divided into the ring five-needle group( n = 73) and the routine acupuncture group( n = 73).Basic treatment was given to the two groups; on which basis,points chosen in the routine acupuncture group were Huantiao( GB30) and other commonly used points on the affected side; whereas,points chosen in the ring five-needle group were new GB30 and other four points on the affected side.The treatment was 10 days.Scores of VAS and JOA were used to assess the effect.Results: The total improvement rate was 95.8% in the ring five-needle group,which was significantly higher than 83.6% in the routine acupuncture group( P < 0.05).After the treatment,the scores of VAS and PRI were significantly lower,and JOA score was much higher in the ring five-needle group,compared to those in the routine acupuncture group( P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 4.2% in the ring five-needle group,and it was 2.7% in the routine acupuncture group,of which there was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of"LIU’s ring five-needle"can effectively alleviate the pain in sciatica patients,it is superior to the common acupuncture,which is worthy of further study and clinical application.更多还原
