熔断器的可靠性测试电源的实验研究
Experimental study on reliability test power supply of fuse
【摘要】 随着工业技术的发展,熔断器得到越来越广泛的应用,而其可靠性问题也越来越受到重视.稳压/恒流程控电源作为熔断器可靠性测试仪器,应当具有高精度、输出恒定、开通与关断时无过冲以及连续可调等功能.利用PWM控制电路SG3525芯片与STM32F103RCT6协同控制的双闭环回路实现输出值与设定值差值低于±1%的要求;软件与硬件结合,解决开关机时的过冲问题;STM32F103RCT6检测交流电源,利用中断防止意外断电过冲.在开机时由用户选择试验进程,由PC机人机交互界面完成远程设定参数与过程监控功能,可实现实时监控并提供电源工作记录,大大节约人力成本.
【Abstract】 With the development of industry technology,more and more fuses have been applied,and the reliability of fuses has been paid more and more attentions.Regular voltage/current power supply as a product of the reliability test equipment should be highly precise and have a controllable and constant output,no overshoot for on/off and continuous adjustable functions.The SG3525 chip with PWM control circuit and the STM32 F103 RCT6 are used to control the double-closed-loop circuit,it can meet the requirement that the difference between output value and setting value is less than ±1%.The problem of overshoot is solved by software and hardware.The STM32 F103 RCT6 is used to test the AC power source and the interrupt is used to prevent accidental power cut overshoot.The test process is selected by the users at boot time and remote parameters should be completed before the power supply is switched on. Humancomputer interaction interface help to realize real-time monitoring and provide the work records of the power supply.It can save manpower cost greatly.
