多不饱和脂肪酸微胶囊改善小鼠学习记忆能力研究

【摘要】 为考察多不饱和脂肪酸微胶囊对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,以ICR小鼠为供试动物,连续灌服低、中、高剂量的多不饱和脂肪酸微胶囊4周后,采用穿梭箱法和Morris水迷宫法检测小鼠的学习记忆能力的变化.Morris水迷宫试验结果表明:与空白对照组相比,中、高剂量的多不饱和脂肪酸微胶囊可显著缩短小鼠寻找平台潜伏期并且增加垮台次数及在目标区域游泳时间所占比例(P<0.05).穿梭箱试验表明:中、高剂量的多不饱和脂肪酸微胶囊能够显著提高小鼠主动回避反应率,减少被动回避反应时间(P<0.05),因此多不饱和脂肪酸微胶囊能显著提高小鼠的学习记忆能力.

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids microencapsulation on the improvement of learning and memory of mice. Using ICR mice as the testing animals and feeding them with high,middle and low doses of polyunsaturated fatty acids microencapsulation for 4 weeks. The memory and learning of mice was evaluated by Morris-water maze and shuttle box methods. The results showed that polyunsaturated fatty acids microencapsulation could significantly reduce the latency of escaping from the platform and increase the frequency of crossing over the platform and the proportion of swimming time of rats in the target area of Morris-water maze( P < 0. 05). The results of shuttle box indicated that polyunsaturated fatty acids microencapsulation significantly reduce passive avoidance response time and increase the ratio of active avoidance response( P < 0. 05). Polyunsaturated fatty acids microencapsulation can improve the learning and memory of mice.
