【摘要】 目的分析曲安奈德治疗老年性白内障术后前葡萄膜炎的效果及对IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月,本院收治的老年白内障术后前葡萄膜炎患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组各48例。对照组患者术后给予泼尼松龙治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予曲安奈德治疗,比较两组患者视力、眼压变化、前房闪辉及炎症因子水平变化情况。结果观察组患者视力明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1周、1个月两组患者眼压较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后1天、1周前房闪辉情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者白介素-6 (IL-6)、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-γ)水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德能有效提高老年性白内障术后前葡萄膜炎患者的临床疗效,恢复患者视力,降低眼压,改善前房闪辉,减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis theeffect of triamcinolone acetonide on anterior uveitis in senile cataract patients and its effect on IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γ. Methods 96 patients with anterior uveitis after senile cataract surgery were selected, who were treated in our hospital ophthalmology from Mar. 2006 to Mar. 2017, and divided into control group(n=48) and observation group(n=48) according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with prednisolone postoperatively, while patients in the observation group were given triamcinolone acetonide on the basis of the control group.The vision, changes of intraocular pressure, anterior chamber glory and the level inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results The visualof the observation group was significantly better than that of control group( P<0.05). The intraocular pressure of the two groups was significantly lower at 1 week and 1 month after treatment than that of before treatment( P<0.05),and the observation group decreased more significantly than that of control group( P<0.05). The anterior chamber glory in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group at 1 day and 1 week after treatment( P <0.05).The levels of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment than those of before treatment, and in the observation group decreased more significantly than those incontrol group(P <0.05). Conclusion Betamethasone can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of anterior uveitis patients after senile cataract surgery, restore the visual, inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors, improve the anterior chamber glory, reduce the inflammatory response, worthy of clinical application.更多还原
