细胞壁降解酶与黄精种子胚乳弱化的关系
The Relationship Between the Degrading Enzyme of Cell Wall and the Endosperm Weakening of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.Seeds
【摘要】 黄精种子属于胚完全被胚乳包围的一类种子,其胚乳破裂与否是决定种子萌发的最后条件。通过黄精种子萌发过程中β-Man、β-Gal、PME、PG、Cx、Ara、Xyl、β-Mas等8种酶活性变化,研究细胞壁降解酶与黄精种子胚乳弱化的关系。结果表明:β-Man、β-Gal和PG对黄精种子胚乳弱化起着重要的促进作用,β-Mas和PME较前3种酶表现较弱但也存在一定的促进作用,Cx在胚乳弱化后期起着一定的积极作用,Ara和Xyl对黄精种子胚乳弱化不起作用。
【Abstract】 Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seed is a kind of seed whose embryo is completely surrounded by endosperm and whether its endosperm is ruptured or not is the final condition for seed germination.The relationship between cell wall degrading enzymes and weakening endosperm of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seeds was studied by changing the activity of 8 enzymes such asβ-Man,β-Gal,PME,PG,Cx,Ara,Xyl andβ-Mas during the germination of Polygonatum sibiricum Red seeds.The results showed thatβ-Man,β-Gal and PG played an important positive role at the endosperm weakening period of Polygonatum sibiricum Red seeds,andβ-Mas and PME were weaker than those of the first three enzymes,but they also had some promotion effect;Cx played a positive role in the later stage of endosperm weakening,the Ara and Xyl doesn’t work in the weakening of endosperm.
