【摘要】 微创手术治疗上尿路结石,围手术期存在发生感染性并发症的风险因素,严重时会并发尿脓毒症。结石引发的梗阻及并发感染,碎石术后导致结石内部的细菌及致热原的释放都是引发尿路感染,甚至尿脓毒症的重要因素。深入认识上尿路结石治疗过程中,尿脓毒症发病机制、影响因素及术中注意事项对尿脓毒症的预防和治疗具有重要意义。本研究就上尿路结石微创术后尿脓毒症的研究进展做简要综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are risk factors for infectious complications in upper urinary calculi patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery,the patients may have complication of urosepsis when the infectious complications are severe.The calculi-induced obstruction and infections and lithotripsy-induced release of bacteria and pyrogen from inside calculi are the leading factors for urinary tract infections or even the urosepsis.It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of urosepsis to explore the pathogenesis and influencing factors for urosepsis during the treatment of urinary calculi.A brief review is conducted on the progress of study on the urosepsis in the upper urinary calculi patients after minimally invasive surgery.更多还原
