【摘要】 多药耐药菌感染问题日益突出,有效预防多药耐药菌的传播已成为热点话题之一。有人认为主动筛查能减少多药耐药菌的传播,有人却持反对意见。就此,SIFIC论坛组织辩手对于初入重症监护室患者是否需要开展多药耐药菌主动筛查进行了辩论。分别从政策方面、国内外循证文献、经济成本等方面进行了论证。本文对该场辩论赛双方的观点进行整理,并阐述是否应开展主动筛查需要结合实际情况进行综合衡量,除了要考虑降低多药耐药菌的传播效果,还要考虑人力成本、经济成本、后续措施能否落实等多方面因素。对于未来是否应开展主动筛查,需要更多的循证医学证据加以探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of multi-drug resistant organism infection has become increasingly prominent.How to effectively prevent the spread of multi-drug resistant organisms has become one of the hot topics.Some people argued that active screening could reduce the spread of multi-drug resistant bacteria,while others disagreed.Therefore,the SIFIC forum organized a debate on whether active screening of multi-drug resistant bacteria was needed for first-time ICU patients by summing up related policy,domestic and foreign evidence,economic cost and so on.We concluded views of both sides,and elaborated whether active screening should be carried out in combination with the actual situation,in addition to considering the spread of multi-drug resistant bacteria,but also considered the human cost,economic costs,follow-up measures could be implemented and many other factors.Whether active screening should be carried out in the future needs more evidence-based medical research.更多还原
