【Abstract】 Hongquan (red fist)’s fighting technique is primitive and practical. Its style is simple but unique with the intention of being soft without weak or fragile. It pursues the process for practicing skills and fighting effects. It is an important method and idea for its techniques that pursues the application and change between actions.
