【摘要】 从古至今医学模式有过数次重大变迁,然而在现行医学模式下,我国卫生工作的绩效不论在自身纵向比较还是与世界他国的横向比较中,反而显示出明显的下降。为此,有学者提出了更加人性化的健康医学模式。健康医学模式将信息哲学中的全息概念引入了医学研究,把患者视为关联着家庭、社会、经济、文化等诸多因素的综合信息体,以实现系统和整体的多维健康为最终目标。本文将对健康医学模式进行简单介绍并以社区老年人易发的根尖周疾病为例,对健康医学模式下如何进行临床决策做一论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 There have been several major changes in medical model since ancient times to the present. However, under the current medical model, the performance of health work in China shows a significant decline in both its longitudinal comparison and horizontal comparison with other countries in the world. Therefore, some scholars have proposed a more humanized model of health medicine.The model of health medicine introduces the holographic concept of information philosophy into medical research and regards the patient as a comprehensive information body associated with many factors such as family,society, economy, culture and so on. The ultimate goal is to realize the multi-dimensional health of the system and the whole.This paper briefly introduces the model of health medicine and discusses how to make clinical decision under the model of health medicine by taking the periapical disease of the elderly in the community as an example.更多还原
