【摘要】 目的评价临床对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者应用黄芪生脉饮+督脉灸联合治疗的临床现实意义。方法随机抽选62例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,随机分为两组,研究组(n=31)应用黄芪生脉饮+督脉灸联合治疗,对照组(n=31)应用黄芪生脉饮治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组的治疗有效性高于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,研究组的各项肺功能指标均得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论临床对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者应用黄芪生脉饮+督脉灸联合治疗,可改善临床症状及肺功能,实现协同增效的目标,治疗优势更大,适于临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of clinical application of Huangqi Shengmaiyin + DuMeridian Moxibustion in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 62 patientswith stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups. Thestudy group(n=31) was treated with Huangqi Shengmaiyin + Du Meridian Moxibustion, Control group(n=31) treatedwith Shengmaiyin; compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The therapeutic effectiveness of the studygroup was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the lung function indexesof the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of Huangqi Shengmaiyin +Du Meridian Moxibustion combined therapy in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease canimprove clinical symptoms and lung function, achieve the goal of synergistic effect, and have greater therapeuticadvantages, which is suitable for clinical promotion.更多还原
