【摘要】 目的探讨双黄连联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法对我院2016年4月至2018年5月收治的200例慢性咽炎患者行临床观察,根据其治疗方式之间的差异,将其分为两组,其中100例为对照组,给予利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗方式;观察组100例,给予利巴韦林雾化吸入联合双黄连治疗方式,通过分析两组患者临床疗效之间的差异,探讨其临床应用价值。结果 (1)两组患者治疗前后SBP、DBP指标对比:观察组综合有效率为96.0%,对照组为82.0%,观察组显著高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;(2)两组患者用药不良反应情况对比:观察组不良反应率为2.0%,对照组为11.0%,组间对比观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论双黄连联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎效果显著,能够有效改善患者咽喉状况,降低用药安全风险,标本兼治,安全性高,降低不良反应,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian combined with ribavirin aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods Two hundred patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were clinically observed. According to the difference between their treatment methods, they were divided into two groups, 100 patients of which were control group and given to ribavirin aerosol inhalation therapy; 100 patients in the observation group were given ribavirin aerosol inhalation combined with Shuanghuanglian. The clinical application value of the two groups was analyzed by analyzing the difference between the two groups. Results(1) Comparison of SBP and DBP indexes before and after treatment in the two groups: the comprehensive effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group, 82.0% in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05, there were statistics;(2) Comparison of adverse drug reactions in the two groups: the adverse reaction rate was 2.0% in the observation group and 11.0% in the control group, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of Shuanghuanglian combined with ribavirin aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is significant. It can effectively improve the throat status of the patients, reduce the safety risk of drug use, treat both the symptoms and the root causes, the safety is high, and the adverse reaction is reduced.
