【摘要】 目的比较分析异位妊娠诊断中应用腹部B超与阴道B超检查的临床价值。方法研究资料共33例均为本院于2016年1月至2017年1月收治的病理诊断为异位妊娠患者,均行腹部B超与阴道B超检查,均采用GE公司生产的VOLUSON730彩超仪,回顾性分析两种诊断方式的准确率、误诊率及附件包块、宫内假孕囊、心血管搏动及宫内假孕囊等检出价值。结果阴道B超检查准确率为93.94%,腹B超检查准确率为84.85%,虽比较无明显差异,但阴道B超准确率更高,P>0.05;阴道B超检查附件包块检出率93.94%、包块内孕囊的检出率24.24%、孕囊内胚芽的检出率30.30%、胚芽内心血管搏动的检出率21.21%及宫内假孕囊检出率36.36%等均显著高于对照组66.67%、6.06%、9.09%、3.03%、9.09%,P<0.05。结论在异位妊娠诊断中采用阴道B超检查方式与腹部B超相比准确率更高,且具有操作方便、快捷等优势,并获得更加清晰的盆腔内图像,为诊断提供可靠依据,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to compare and analyze clinical value of abdominal B ultrasound and vaginal B ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods collect data of 33 cases diagnosed ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. All patients were examined by abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound with GE VOLUSON730 color Doppler. Review and analyze accuracy rate, misdiagnosis rate, adnexal mass, intrauterine pouch and cardiovascular pulsation of two diagnosis methods, and its detection value. Results accuracy rate of vaginal B ultrasound was 93.94% and that of abdominal B ultrasound was 84.85%. There was no obvious difference, but accuracy rate of vaginal ultrasound was higher, P > 0.05; detection rate of appendage mass of vaginal B ultrasound was 93.94%, detection rate of gestation sac was 24.24%, detection rate of intracapsular germ was 30.30%, detection rate of innermost vascular pulsation was 21.21%, and detection rate of intrauterine pouch was 36.36%, higher than 66.67%, 6.06%, 9.09%, 3.03% and 9.09% of control group respectively, P < 0.05. Conclusion vaginal B ultrasound examination has higher accuracy than abdominal B-ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, with advantages of convenient and quick operation and clearer pelvic cavity image, can provide reliable basis for diagnosis, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
