降钙素原和尿液内毒素在导尿管相关尿路感染中诊断的价值观察

【摘要】 目的探讨降钙素原和尿液内毒素在导尿管相关尿路感染中的诊断价值。方法选取导尿管相关尿路感染的患者共25例。对所有疑似患者进行尿液细菌培养、血清降钙素原及尿液内毒素的检测。结果 25份尿液标本中,细菌培养阳性率为48.0%,革兰阴性菌占66.7%、革兰阳性菌占25.0%、真菌感染占8.3%。结论尿液内毒素检测有助于鉴别诊断出革兰氏阴性杆菌引起的导尿管相关尿路感染,血清降钙素原升高有助于排除真菌性尿路感染,降钙素原和尿液内毒素在尿路感染中具有较高的诊断价值,能够为临床治疗提供参考意见。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the infection of procalcitonin and Urine endotoxin in relative urinary passage in Catheters. Methods A total of 25 patients with catheter related urinary tract infection were selected. Urine bacteria culture, serum procalcitonin and urine endotoxin test were performed on all suspected patients. Results In 25 urine samples, the positive rate of bacterial culture was 48.0%, Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 66.7%, Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 25.0%, and fungal infection accounted for 8.3%. Conclusion Urine endotoxin testing contributes to differential diagnosis on the infection of relative urinary passage in catheters that cased by gram-negative bacteria; serous procalcitonin contributes to eliminate the fungoid urinary passage infection; procalcitonin and urine endotoxin have extremely high diagnostic value in the infection in urinary passage, which provide reference opinions to clinic treatment.
