【摘要】 目的将微创治疗用于退行性腰椎管狭窄症治疗中,对其临床应用价值进行评价。方法对我院收治的41例退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均实施微创神经根减压术治疗,观察患者手术指标、治疗前后疼痛情况、并发症。结果手术平均时间为(53.21±9.37)min,平均术中出血量为(18.31±3.26)m L;患者治疗后疼痛评分与治疗前相比明显下降(P<0.05)。结论微创治疗用于退行性腰椎管狭窄症中效果理想,可改善患者疼痛症状,并发症较少,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of minimally invasive treatment in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with minimally invasive nerve root decompression. The surgical indicators, pain before and after treatment, and complications were observed. Results The average time of operation was(53.21±9.37) min,, and the average intraoperative blood loss was(18.31±3.26)m L; the pain scores of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment is ideal for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. It can improve the pain symptoms of patients and has fewer complications.
