【摘要】 目的研究电视胸腹腔双镜联合下食管癌三切口切除术患者的护理干预措施。方法选取我院2015年12月至2017年12月接收的12例食管癌患者,均采用电视胸腹腔双镜联合下食管癌三切口切除术治疗,随机分为研究组和参照组,其中参照组为6例,常规护理服务,研究组为6例,予以综合护理干预,比较两组护理满意度以及手术各临床指标变化情况。结果研究组护理满意度为100%,参照组护理满意度为50%,同时研究组手术时间、住院时间等临床指标变化,要优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对电视胸腹腔双镜联合下食管癌三切口切除术配合综合护理干预手段,应用价值优异,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing interventions for patients undergoing triple excision of esophageal carcinoma with video-assisted thoracic cavity and double-vision.Methods Twelve patients undergoing esophageal cancer receiving from our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were treated with video-assisted double-microscopy combined with triple-esophageal resection.They were randomly divided into study group and reference group.The reference group consisted of 6 patients.The routine nursing service was performed.The study group consisted of 6 patients.Comprehensive nursing interventions were conducted to compare the nursing satisfaction of the two groups and the changes of clinical indicators.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 100%,and the satisfaction rate of the reference group was 50%.At the same time,the clinical indexes such as the operation time and length of stay in the study group were better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of TV chest-abdominal double-microscopic triple-esophagectomy with comprehensive nursing interventions is of excellent application value and worthy of promotion.更多还原
