【摘要】 目的探讨个体化康复训练计划对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2016年2月至2017年11月90例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者分组(随机数字表法)。对照组给予常规的康复治疗,观察组则给予个体化康复训练计划。比较两组头颈部肿瘤放疗恢复效果;吞咽正常时间、疼痛持续时间、恢复正常进食时间、张口受限解除时间;治疗前后患者生活质量评分(生理、社会角色、心理功能)。结果观察组头颈部肿瘤放疗恢复效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组吞咽正常时间、疼痛持续时间、恢复正常进食时间、张口受限解除时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组生活质量评分(生理、社会角色、心理功能)相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组生活质量评分(生理、社会角色、心理功能)优于对照组,P<0.05。结论个体化康复训练计划头颈部肿瘤放疗的应用效果确切,可有效加速患者康复,缓解临床张口受限和疼痛等症状,促使患者生活质量得到改善,值得临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore effect of individualized rehabilitation training program on life quality of radiotherapy patients with head and neck cancer. Methods divide 90 cases radiotherapy patients with head and neck cancer from February 2016 to November 2017 into two groups randomly. Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment, and observation group with individualized rehabilitation training program. Compare radiotherapy recovery effect, normal time of swallowing, pain duration, normal feeding recovery time, relieving time of mouth opening limitation, life quality scores(physiological, social role and psychological function) of two groups before and after treatment. Results recovery effect of observation group was higher than control group, P< 0.05; normal swallowing time, pain duration, normal feeding recovery time, relieving time of mouth opening limitation was better than control group, P< 0.05; before treatment, life quality scores(physiological, social role and psychological function) were similar, P> 0.05; after treatment, life quality scores(physiological, social role, psychological function) of observation group was better than control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion individualized rehabilitation training program has accurate effect on radiotherapy of head and neck cancer, can accelerate patient’s recovery effectively, relieve symptoms of clinical mouth opening limitation, and improve life quality, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
