【摘要】 目的通过给予血液透析人造血管动静脉内瘘针对性护理干预措施,探讨护理干预对其影响,为血液透析的护理提供参考及借鉴。方法本研究始于2017年1月,截至2017年12月,以此期间的30例维持性血液透析动静脉瘘患者作为本次研究的观察对象,根据随机、单盲的方法将此30例患者分成常规护理、针对性护理两组,在分组基础上采用不同护理方法并对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果针对性护理组的内瘘闭塞率为6.67%、护理质量满意度为83.33%;常规护理组的内瘘闭塞率为20.00%、护理质量满意度为60.00%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析人造血管动静脉瘘患者实施针对性护理干预措施,能够有效降低患者在透析过程中的动静脉内瘘闭塞发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through giving targeted nursing intervention measures in hemodialysis artificial vascular arteriovenous fistula,and to probe into the influence of nursing intervention,and to provide reference for the nursing of hemodialysis.Methods 30 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula began in January,2017 and ended in December,2017 were selected as the observation objects in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random and single blind method:routine nursing and targeted nursing.They were given different nursing methods on the basis of grouping,analyzed and compared the nursing effect.Results In the targeted nursing group,the internal fistula occlusion rate was 6.67%,the nursing quality satisfaction rate was 83.33%.In the routine nursing,the internal fistula occlusion rate was 20%,the nursing quality satisfaction was 60%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention measures in implementation of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula which can effectively reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistula occlusion during dialysis and improve patient satisfaction,thus it is worthy to be promoted and applied in the further clinical.更多还原
