【摘要】 目的研讨尖锐湿疣患者实施匹多莫德治疗的临床价值。方法随机对我所门诊部收治的86例尖锐湿疣患者进行分组,Ⅰ组（n=43）接受CO₂激光治疗且在创口愈合后,给予咪喹莫特治疗,Ⅱ组（n=43）在上述处理下接受匹多莫德治疗,对比观察两组的用药情况。结果相比Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组治愈率显著提高,复发率显著下降,比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。给药后,Ⅱ组在CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺及CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺指标上相比Ⅰ组均显著改善,比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）,而CD₈⁺指标值对比,两组数据无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论对尖锐湿疣患者实施匹多莫德治疗有显著疗效,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of pidomodehyde treatment in patients with condyloma acuminata.Methods Random to me at the records of 86 patients with condyloma acuminatum of clinic grouping,group Ⅰ（n=43） after CO₂ laser therapy and wound healing,giving the mi quetiapine treatment,mott group Ⅱ（n=43） under the above processing horse moder more treatment,compared two groups of medications.Results Compared with group Ⅰ,the cure rate of group Ⅱ was significantly increased,and the recurrence rate was significantly decreased,which was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After administration,group Ⅱ was on the CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ indicators compared to group I.Significantly improved,there was a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）.Conclusion It is recommended that the patients with condyloma acuminata have remarkable curative effect.更多还原
