【摘要】 目的将放化疗与靶向治疗联合用于非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者中,观察其临床疗效。方法依据治疗方式不同将2014年1月至2017年1月本院治疗的60例非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者分成2组,放化疗实行于参照组患者(30例),放化疗与靶向治疗联合实行于实验组患者(30例),记录2组有效合计值、局部复发合计数值、远处转移合计数值、不良反应合计数值。结果实验组患者的有效合计值比对参照组患者,体现P<0.05统计学研究意义,实验组患者的局部复发合计数值、远处转移合计数值比对参照组患者,体现P<0.05统计学研究意义,实验组患者的不良反应合计数值比对参照组患者,体现P<0.05统计学研究意义。结论非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者采取放化疗与靶向治疗联合治疗展示良好临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients. According to different treatment Methods divide from 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients with brain metastases from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital into two groups, control group(30 cases) was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and experimental group(30 cases) with combination radiotherapy and chemotherapy and targeted therapy. Record effective total value, local recurrence total value, distant metastasis and adverse reactions total value of two groups. Results Total effective value of experimental group showed P<0.05 compared with reference group, with statistics significance. Local recurrence total value, distant metastasis total value of experimental group showed P<0.05 compared with reference group, with statistics significance. Adverse reaction total value of experimental group showed P<0.05 compared with reference group, with statistics significance. Conclusion Radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy has good clinical effect for non small cell lung cancer patients brain metastases.更多还原
