新型自动化圆筒式自行车库系统设计
Design of New Automatic Cylindrical Bicycle Garage System
【摘要】 为解决当前共享单车乱停、乱放且占地面积大等问题,设计了圆筒式自行车库结构。阐述圆筒式自行车库的结构及工作过程,并依据其结构特点及运行中所要实现的具体动作,对液压系统进行设计,来达到具体的操作目的。圆筒式自行车库采用可编程控制器(PLC)及ZigBee技术(无线传感器),来实现整体装置的自动化。给出一种新型自动化圆筒式自行车库结构,并对车库存取车辆的完全自动化进行系统设计,为当前城市绿色出行、空间有效利用提供了参考。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the current sharing bicycles are disorderly and large in occupation area,a cylinder type garage construction is designed.This paper expounds the structure and working process of the cylinder type bicycle garage,and designs the hydraulic system according to its structure characteristics and the concrete actions to be realized in the operation,to achieve the specific operation purpose.The cylinder type garage adopts PLC and ZigBee technology(wireless sensor) to realize the automation of the whole device.A new kind of automated cylinder garage structure,and a fully automated system design for the garage access vehicle,is a reference to the current city’s green travel and the efficient use of space.
