基于时序变动偏差的公差分析法
Tolerance Analysis Method Based on Time-Variant Variation
【摘要】 为了对产品的质量和性能精准预测,文章提出了基于时序变动偏差的公差分析法。该方法考虑了工况下时序变动偏差,如随时间变动的零件变形偏差以及连接副间隙引起的零件间随时间变动的配合位置偏差,对装配体关键尺寸的影响。借助动力学仿真软件得到工况下零件承受载荷和连接副间隙导致的配合位置偏差,有限元软件分析零件在工况下的变形偏差,并集成到公差分析的向量环模型中,获得基于时序变动偏差的公差分析数学模型。然后用蒙特卡罗法计算出不同时刻关键尺寸的分布。相比传统公差分析方法,更为真实精确的预测了产品的功能特性。以发动机的曲轴滑块机构为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to predict the quality and performance of products accurately,this paper presents a tolerance analysis method based on time-variant variation. The method considers the time-variant variation under the working conditions,such as the deformation deviation of the part with time-dependent and the deviation of the position of the parts due to the gap of joint,and researches the influence of them on the key dimensions of the assembly. The working load and mating position deviation are obtained by dynamic simulation software. The deformation deviation is obtained by finite element software. They are integrated into vector-loop model as vectors. And a mathematical model of tolerance analysis based on time-variant variation is achieved. Then,the Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the distribution of the critical size at different times. Compared with the traditional tolerance analysis method,it is more accurate to predict the functional characteristics of the product. The method was verified by a given example.
