普洱茶防治代谢综合征的研究进展

【摘要】 代谢综合征在现代社会中日益常见,且对公众健康危害极大。代谢综合征的本质是胰岛素抵抗,经过加重恶化过程逐渐诱发出2型糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝病、冠心病、脑梗塞等严重并发症。肝脏、脂肪、肌肉作为胰岛素的作用靶器官,构成了一个精密的调节系统,调节着机体的糖脂代谢,使机体达到稳态。当长期过量摄入营养后,这些脏器出现功能失调,导致相应的病理生理改变,诸如脂肪肝、高血糖、高血脂等。普洱茶作为日常饮品,在亚洲国家及地区广泛流行,在防治糖脂代谢紊乱方面具有独特效果.本研究主要介绍普洱茶在防治代谢综合征方面的具体作用机制,包括对肝脏、脂肪、肌肉等胰岛素靶器官的作用及分子机制,以期为普洱茶的普及及针对其功效的研究提供有益的思路.

【Abstract】 Metabolic syndromes( Mets) is prevalence in modern society,and is very harmful to the public. The essence of Mets is insulin resistance,accompanied with type 2 diabetes mellitus,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction as time go by. The insulin targeted organs include liver,adipose tissue,muscle etc.,which coordinate to maintain the glucose and lipid homeostasis. Excessive nutrition will lead to the dysfunction of his organs,such as NAFLD,hyperglycaemia,hyperlipidemia. This review will illustrate the preventive effect of pu-erh tea on the,Mets and the instinct signal pathway modulating the insulin targeted organs. This will throw light on the future considerations for studies on pu-erh tea and Mets.
