基于车辆状态的前照灯研制
Development of Headlight Based on Vehicle Condition
【摘要】 为解决现有汽车前照灯的照射范围和角度不能满足需求问题,设计了一种照射范围和角度可以根据车辆运行状态自动调整的LED前照灯。通过实时采集制动控制器、方向盘的角度信号、车身的倾角信号和车速信号,来调节照射角度和范围,同时根据车灯控制器检测是否存在车灯故障,将故障信号显示在组合仪表上,实现报警功能,实时了解汽车的行驶情况并进行相应的控制和调节,完全实现了车灯的自动控制,大大提高了行车的安全性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the illumination range and angle of the existing automobile headlights cannot meet the demand,a headlight with an illumination range and an angle that can be automatically adjusted according to the state of the vehicle is designed. Through the real-time acquisition of brake controller,steering wheel angle signal,vehicle body tilt signal and vehicle speed signal,the illumination angle and range are adjusted,and whether there is a lamp failure is detected according to the lamp controller,and the fault signal is displayed on the combination meter to realize the alarm function. Real-time understanding the car’s driving situation and the corresponding control and regulation are realized. The automatic controls of lights greatly improve the safety and reliability of traffic.
