Tb3+/Eu3+共掺的硼酸盐玻璃的发光及能量转移

【摘要】 用熔融法制备了Tb3+/Eu3+共掺的硼酸盐玻璃,研究了Tb3+、Eu3+共掺的硼酸盐玻璃的发光性能。结果表明,共掺的硼酸盐玻璃的最强激发峰位于393nm,最强发射峰是位于612nm的红光,存在着Tb3+→Eu3+的能量传递,一定浓度范围内,随着Tb3+的浓度增加,Eu3+的612nm红光的发射强度增强。

【Abstract】 Tb3+/Eu3+doped borate glass was prepared by melting method. Its luminescence properties were studied. The results show that the maximum of excited peak is located at 462nm and the maximum of emission peak is located at 612nm for Tb3+/Eu3+doped borate glass,energy transfer is found from Tb3+ to Eu3+. Within a certain concentration range,the emission peak intensity of 612nm red light of Eu3+ increases with the increase of Tb3+ concentration.
