【摘要】 目的探讨QC医护小组对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2017年6月间青岛市肿瘤医院收治的208例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组104例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上由QC医护小组合作护理。比较护理前后两组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,比较两组患者负性情绪出现率、上肢功能自我评定量表得分、护理满意度及生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者焦虑和抑郁情绪评分均较护理前下降,且观察组患者下降较多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者负性情绪出现率为28.8%,对照组为64.4%;观察组患者上肢功能自我评分为(36.2±4.3)分,对照组为(31.3±2.2)分;观察组患者护理满意度为83.7%,对照组为64.4%;观察组患者总体生活质量评分为(6.8±1.3)分,对照组为(5.6±1.1)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 QC医护小组对乳腺癌手术患者进行护理,能改善其负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of QC medical team on the negative emotions in patients undergoing surgery for breast cancer. Methods A total of 208 patients with breast cancer treated at Qingdao Cancer Hospital from January 2013 to June 2017 were selected. According to the random number table method,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 104 patients in each group. The observation group was given cooperation nursing provided by QC team based on routine nursing and the control group was given routine nursing. Anxiety and depression,incidence of negative emotions,score of upper extremity function self-rating,satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) decreased in both groups with the decrease more in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). After nursing,incidence of negative emotions was 28. 8% for the observation group and64. 4% for the control group. Score of upper extremity function self-rating was 36. 2 ± 4. 3 for the observation group and 31. 3 ± 2. 2 for the control group. Patients’ satisfaction with nursing was 83. 7% for the observation group and 64. 4% for the control group. Conclusion Nursing provided by QC health care group can significantly improve the negative emotions and quality of life in patients undergoing surgery for breast cancer.
